I was struggling getting an iPhone replaced under the Verizon insurance program. After four days, endless phone calls and a visit to another Verizon store I decided to stop in at this location. I was greeted immediately by an associate who, after listening to my issue, went to go get the manager. Pete came out to greet me within a minute, listened attentively to my issue, made a phone call to Asurion, explained some options on how he could help me and within ten minutes I was out the door. The team here is super helpful and does a great job. They are often times very busy, but are worth the wait Jose is one of the managers that helped me with my issue.
Awful- no # to call the store to see if they have product before I drive over Only a 1800 # for the store and wait 14min for no answer Verizon sucks! Spend less $ on ads and more on customer support
Leaving a 5 star review for TJ. We’ve had a horrible experience with Verizon customer service overall, and had just about had it until we came to this location. TJ greeted us immediately and was a breath of fresh air from the usual Verizon experience. Thank you TJ!!
