Highly recommend this location over some of the others in the area. TJ Martinez was incredibly helpful, thorough, and succinct. I went to a different location earlier in the day with my fiance, and the employee at that location mainly talked to my fiance, addressing him as the account owner, even though I had clearly stated I wanted to get a new phone for my own account. At the Arvada Ride location, TJ maintained eye contact with me, acknowledging me as the account owner as opposed to my fiance who isn’t even on the account.... read more

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Francisco! I came in for a simple purchase, but he treated it like a top‑priority project. He walked me through every option, made sure I understood what I was getting, and even helped troubleshoot a few things that weren’t part of the original plan.
