John and his team over verizon Business are amazing! He’s the best verizon rep I’ve ever had. I won’t talk with anyone else and I’ve shared his info with friends around the country! Highly recommend!!
Always make an appointment if you can. Kyle helped me set up a new phone and transfer everything over to the new phone. He was kind, efficient, and it worked great. There is a slight charge for this but so worth it. He also helped me scrub old phone for a trade in.
Huge shout out to DALLAS AND KYLE! The whole staff was amazing but these two went above and beyond. I came In very upset, and they calmed me and got my issue resolved right away. I can’t say thank you enough to this store. Kindness goes along way and they showed it to me on a day I needed it most.
