Jose the Assistant Manager went above and beyond to help us get new plans. We signed up online via chat and had to go to the store for pick up and we got Jose. I am so glad we did. The online sales team somehow lost my number in the port and phone,it was a mess. We ended up at the store for 4 hours but he did everything he could and talked to several different people to finally get me a phone. This issue was resolved today by Jose. I am going to leave the one star rating simply because the call from Verizon should have never happened and Jose made so many excuses. He blamed the other carrier stating how difficult they could be at times, then I was told that the girl was probably new then I was told it was bad timing at that instant which is so far from the truth because when Verizon called it was clearly conveyed to me that the pin number did not work it was not correct and that's why she was asking for it again. ... read more

Review for Verizon Corporate Store on Kipling in Wheat Ridge Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. My husband and I recently purchased two iPhones and watches from Verizon. He realized he ordered the wrong iPhone size and called Verizon before it shipped to request a change. The rep convinced him the best solution was to add a line, receive the new phone, and then switch it back—only for customer service to later confirm this was incorrect. This verizon location is ridiculous. Every verizon store, I've been to accepted my digital ID. This place does not. Why it's different here makes no sense. I'll go to a different location that actually wants to help their loyal customer.
