Pete and Tanner were amazingly patient and helpful in helping us set up our family plan and working out issues with our phones. Great service and we recommend this store and their employees.
Pete and Tanner were amazing and helped us with billing issues we had from another Verizon location. We upgraded our internet and transferred a line and they were so patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this team and location over other stores.
This Verizon store at I70 & Kipling offers some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every representative treated each customers’ needs as urgent and important. If a rep didn’t know an answer, they took the time to find it rather than guessing or pretending, which is something that sets this location apart from others. Pete, Store Manager, has been incredibly helpful. He solved numerous problems for me. I replaced a tablet and he took care of all discounts and accessories. I never felt rushed. He took all the time necessary to answer my questions and to make sure all my need were met. This is the only store I will use for all my Verizon needs. Verizon is and will be my only providers.
Tj was awesome. He qas able to take care of my tech issues.
