This store is a joke. Was supposed to get my phones today been on the phone all day with customer service regarding the issue and even the supervisors at customer service cannot get ahold Of somebody at the store to answer their phones.
This is an outstanding Verizon store. Top notch service with knowledgeable staff. This is the one to visit if you need anything for your Verizon account
The salesman explicitly told me my plan would not change after getting a new phone, it did. Read the fine print.
Have gone and paid for phones for me and a family member for years only care about sales not customers. Pay over 10000 for phone and extras a charge for scanning info into phone without even doing anything. You’re with a sales rep. A person walks in one of their reps doing nothing our rep went to that person bought them over to sit next to me not done yet still I had question and waiting for phone to finish coming back on didn’t even have my signature on any receipt for 2 purchases that were separate on cards. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. This store does not care about existing customers. The only thing that drives these associates to help you are new sales or added features you do not need . The manager in the photo circled was extremely rude, condescending, and aggressive towards myself and my business associates. He removed his name tag and lanyard because he knew he was wrong.
