Have gone and paid for phones for me and a family member for years only care about sales not customers. Pay over 10000 for phone and extras a charge for scanning info into phone without even doing anything. You’re with a sales rep. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. This store does not care about existing customers. The only thing that drives these associates to help you are new sales or added features you do not need . The manager in the photo circled was extremely rude, condescending, and aggressive towards myself and my business associates. He removed his name tag and lanyard because he knew he was wrong. THE MANAGER IS RUDE!! He does not help current customers only new people.
DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE!! My business associate and I were treated like absolute trash by the manager of this store. He clearly did not want to help us when he heard we were upgrading and not new customers. We waited 45 min in the store in queue before we could even speak to someone. When we finally did, they were rude. We have decided to move all our business lines to the competition. This company clearly does not care for loyalty and prefers new customers, which is really sad
