Avon’s customer service was awful. The staff came across as smug, condescending, and outright rude. I dealt with both Avon and Enfield yesterday and regretted not going to Enfield first. I’d read the reviews and dismissed them as a few bad experiences. That was a mistake. This isn’t a fluke—it’s their standard approach.
Painful.
Just had service at the Avon shop, I worked with a fellow named Nick who I think is in charged of the store. I've been here twice and he's been outstanding and took care of all my issues. Walk through everything I needed to know about my phone and has the patience of a saint.
Awesome service.
