I want to start this off by saying I have been a customer with Verizon for the past 11 years. That being said, the interactions I've had with this location the past month have seriously made me rethink continuing a plan with Verizon. The disrespect I have gotten from employees at this location still has me stunned and questioning if it could actually be real. ****WARNING DO NOT ENTER**** The experience I have had with this store has completely rethink being a Verizon customer. The amount of disrespect and entitlement the employees have is absolutely mind blowing. I have been a customer here for 10 years, and this is absolutely ridiculous. After looking at other reviews it's no surprise.... Someone from corporate Verizon needs to clean house or make changes to the staff in this establishment or I will be taking my 10 lines elsewhere...
This store is a joke. Was supposed to get my phones today been on the phone all day with customer service regarding the issue and even the supervisors at customer service cannot get ahold Of somebody at the store to answer their phones.
This is an outstanding Verizon store. Top notch service with knowledgeable staff. This is the one to visit if you need anything for your Verizon account
