I had the privilege of working with Zavian and he was amazing. We were switching to Verizon from another carrier and he made the process very easy and walked us through everything we needed to know. It was a quick and painless process. The store manger was also very helpful and was very supportive of Zavian which was nice to see. Definitely ask for Zavian when you visit this store he is the best.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had issues returning my trade in, due to the corporate store telling me one thing while ordering my new phone online... FINALLY got answers and steps from the 1-800 verizon loyalty customer number (they are phenomenal) ... walked into the store with MY TAPED/SEALED box to get a shipping slip *as instructed... and this girl (they said her name was Sy ... but not sure, (the lady with black hair. Not the blonde... ) opened thr box and said they can't take my phone as a trade in, she wouldn't listen to... read more
