Adrian went above and beyond helping me upgrade my phone today. He patiently answered all of my questions and even went ahead and set up my new screen protector and case for me. they will lie to your face! was lied to about was i was being sold; was told i was going to receive some "complimentary" sound system; instead was sent home with a Ridiculous Verizon branded wifi adapter; I was hassled by staff and management when going to return it. the salesman "Victor" laughed in my face during the return process while his manager "josh" also laughed at me for wanting this to whole process to be held accountable. Both should be fired by my opinion; what an absolute disgrace to the name of Verizon :(
absolute garbage! Worst experience i've ever had to deal with! Victor and Josh both blatantly lied to my face about what i was being sold, and then when i confronted them about their blatant "bait and switch" was told that i needed to leave. Verizon should be ashamed to employ these terrible lying children. what an absolute joke!!!
