I came into this store to just pick up my new phone. I sat in the store for an hour and watched the employees help two people who came in after me. Then the manager talked right past me to her employees behind me about scheduling a lunch break. I turned around and saw one guy standing behind me just looking into his phone. I was not acknowledged whatsoever during this entire time. Finally after a couple minutes he decides to ask me if I needed help. He gets my phone and I'm out the door a minute later.
