Amazing service from Jose. Very helpful and worked quickly to get my new phone. He took the time to find every way to save me money on my plan as well. He listened to my thoughts and gave very quick answers to what new device would work best for me. I would definitely come back because of the quality of service I received. Very happy customer
I love going to Verizon stores, waiting 30min, hearing "we'll be right with you sir" 5 times, and walking out empty handed without actually being greeted or finding out what I came in for. All for a simple retail transaction. Take your money elsewhere and go to Target.
Recently traded in my iPhone for an upgrade with Jose Garcia at the Southlake location. He made the transition over to the new phone pain-free and very simple. Jose also helped my family upgrade their phones with no problems. My kids didn’t even notice except that they got new phones, lol. Jose was very knowledgeable in the products we bought. I’ll be looking for him for the next future upgrade!
