This is a great store. Greg went out of his way to help me get a new phone for my daughter. Joe also helped us. Both were patient, kind and knowledgeable. They helped us get the best deal and helped us through every detail of the process. I highly recommend this location and it's awesome staff!
I don't ever leave bad reviews but I would give this Southlake location a negative 5 stars if i could. Long story short. I preferred to do my phone purchase ONLINE. That tells you alot about the service I received here. After the sales rep that was assisting me tried to up sale me i went as far as to speak with the Assistant Manager Jessica Calles. She was one the if not THE RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL manager i've ever encountered. Just be aware!!
Adrian helped my in-laws switch their service to Verizon. He was very patient with us and helped me ensure that I had everything needed upfront to help them move their service. This saved us time! Great experience. Thanks!
