My rep “MJ” was awesome. Attentive. He did what tech coach told me “only a corporate store can do.” Which was another 30 mins away. He handled my needs meticulously and made sure my phone was active on my way out. Thanks MJ, will be sending any sale that comes my way to you.
I talked with Brandon and he was just awesome. Super chilled and got me and my friends setup with new lines. We had a ton of questions but Brandon handled everything perfectly and calmly. I really appreciate the service in this store.
I usually never give a review and I’m being honest, but this store is the worst phone store I have ever been to It will be my first and last time being a customer with Verizon my experience as a customer only lasted for three hours I purchased a Phone online with Verizon customer service and they told me to go to this location to pick up the phone that I just purchased because it is a Verizon store obviously I go in the store and it’s this Guy with a Verizon shirt on And he Refuses to give me the phone that I just purchased ... read more

I bought a new iPhone here in 2022 and got exceptional, individualized service. Three years later I needed a tuneup of the phone and went to the Apple Store out in the suburbs — and they declined to help. So I returned to this store and got exactly the assistance I wanted! THANK YOU
