Hands down the best Verizon store in the area. They know what they’re doing and will hook you up.
These guys did a great job! They helped me and worked with me to get my phone replaced!
Go to a different store. Every time I go in, they give me different information. Last time I went in, I had cash in my pocket and wanted to buy a phone outright and not finance. They told me they “don’t sell phones outright” and I’d have to buy a phone directly from the manufacturer or from a third party store. That’s ok. They lost that sale and all future sales from me. I won’t be back.
I went through an online purchase exchange and a store associate Aidan helped me proceed with the process, which was very encouraging. I appreciate the service and look forward to future encounters at the branch location.
Went in to upgrade my phone and Aidan guided me through the entire process. He was super helpful and made the process seamless. He was also identified some billing issues on my family’s account and was able to rectify it and get a credit back to my account. Huge thanks to Aidan for his help.
