Jay, at this location, was incredible and efficient. He was categorically polite, helpful, and patient. He is excellent at his role!
I recently transitioned to Verizon and was assisted by Jay. He is, without hyperbole, the most efficient and personable representative I have encountered. He approached the process with genuine warmth, persistence, and a high-order aptitude for problem-solving that made the transition seamless. He is the benchmark for customer experience; I cannot recommend his service highly enough.
We had a very pleasant and helpful visit to this store today. We swore off going in person with Verizon years ago due to extreme wait times and inefficiency. Today was so much better. Zero pressure to spend a million bucks. Jaden (sp?) actually fixed my husband's minor problem which resulted in us not upgrading at this time. This negative review is not against this particular stop but against verizon as a company. I have had nothing but service issues sense i got my phone 2 years ago. Yet im still expected to fulfill my obligation in the contract by paying my LARGE bill on time. Now there is a massive outage. I need my phone for work, verizon has costed me thousands of dollars over the years. I am officially done with verizon. If you are reading this DO NOT GET A VERIZON SERVICE PLAN!!!!
