Verizon Home Internet is DOG WATER. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! This internet is NOT viable. I suppose it's okay if you enjoy waiting for pages to load, days where it doesn't work at all, etc. The service is even worse; enjoy listening to customer service hold music for hours on end only to get a representative that makes false promises about compensation. Cloudy outside? Welp guess you are getting crappy internet that day. Save yourself the headache... 0 stars in actuality.
Absolutely awful customer service, phone calls and texts work, but no data in the Adirondacks, where salespeople promised it would work, when finally able to reach customer service they tell us we need to upgrade our phones. Use any other company, Verizon is the worst I have ever dealt with.
I was talked into using FIOS for internet. It has been a nightmare. No one knows what they are doing. Some say it’s confirmed some say it was cancelled. I’m waiting for a tech to come and fix this! It isn’t working and I have no internet or tv!
