Walked in and a staff member was asking for the names of people who came in. Me and a couple were waiting. I had signed in first and the manager helped them instead of helping me. Why even sign in?
Was assisted by Adriana and she was not only not helpful but rude. In the end she just walked away and went to a table with her coworkers without finishing my consultation. I found this to be extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I would consider retaining her for better customer service.
had my entire account stolen after I told them to only allow me to make changes in person with photo ID but forget that, after they claimed to help me secure my account I stop in to change some stuff about said account. when they shoot a text to my phone to verify my number, I get nothing. not only do I get jack, but the associate left me on the phone with tech support while he was giggling and chatting it up with his coworkers. easiest decision ever made was to switch from this worthless company with associates that absolut... read more
