I just want to say how wonderful the customer service was when I came to the store today. Richard P assisted me and he was so kind and helpful. I previously had issues getting the information that I needed through the main toll free customer service number, but when I came to the store, he took care of everything within just a few minutes. Thanks again, much appreciated!
Friday night An hour before closing Needed a replacement Apple Watch… We walk in & Joseph/Joe was able to help us and get out before closing!! Fast forward to Sunday and we had difficulty setting up cellular and called and luckily got Joe again! He was able to walk us through the setup for cellular for the Apple Watch! Friendly, helpful, professional If we need anything Verizon again we’ll go here and look for Joe!!!
Very bad customer attention, waited almost an hour to return a router…
Popped in today to upgrade our plan/ move phones around to different numbers. John was super helpful— patient and informative. All around a pleasant transaction! The store is also great— very clean, and had a good selection of products on-site.
