Worst service ever from any Verizon store! Don’t go here. They don’t know how to do their job. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for 20+ years and I’ll never go back to this store. I ended up having to use the chat feature on the app to upgrade a phone. Logged a complaint against this store at the same time. I will use the other Plantation store going forward.

I switched to Verizon because it once had stronger service than T-Mobile in my area, but that changed after the 5G rollout. Since then, the signal has been noticeably weaker, it continues to be poor, and I also experienced a couple of days with no service at all. After those service disruptions, including broader Verizon outages, I decided to leave.
