Staff is uneducated about phones sold. How you buy if they can't answer your questions.
Possibly the worst company an customer service I've ever experienced. I cancelled my internet service and sent by router in the pre-paid ups label they provided me. They then claimed they never received the item, even though I provided a tracking number. They could not confirm nor deny if that is the correct tracking number. So I went to the store to try to get it sorted out, they could not find my account at all. Great customer service. Had my SIM card fail and was able to get it replaced without any trouble.
Mala atención y mal servicio. Fui a resolver un problema y me dieron un número de teléfono, del cual me mandaron de nuevo a la tienda y me dijeron que si quería devolver el equipo que lo hiciera pero que debía pagar 50$ básicamente prefería que devolviera el equipo a intentar ayudarme. Fui a otra tienda en brookfield y ellos si pudieron resolver el problema sin inconvenientes. En línea general la atención tanto en tienda como en línea es pésima y el servicio de telefonía e internet es igual de malo.
They were rude acted like I was a problem not professional unless you’re spending money! Stay away from Verizon. No help no customer service no respect for a paying customer of 20 plus years!
