Myles at the Grandview/Silvernail store is a gentleman and a scholar to work with on getting a new phone. I went in looking at what phones they had to possibly upgrade. I mentioned the amount I pay each month and Myles shushed me ever so politely and said “we need to fix that!” Myles is very personable and loves what he does. My new phone is pretty awesome, thanks Myles. You’re a stud McMuffin.
DJ took care of my concerns perfectly answered all my questions, he went above and beyond to help with down loading a app to my phone.
It was fast and easy to get a new phone and set it up right there in the store.
Christian at Verizon in Waukesha was terrific! I had a bit of a confusing transfer from another provider and he spent the time with me to make sure we did it right and he compared several deals to make sure we found me the best one! Highly recommend!
