Good help
If your on a phone plan and one store approves the new phone but doesn't have it in stock so they say go to another store so you do but now that store even though they can see you were approved for that phone won't let you pick up the phone without the acct manager even though you can call him and the acct shows you were approved for that phone. It's 2025.
After three separate visits over the last month, I felt the staff here was standoffish at best. Verizon seems to have gone away from customer centric service and moved to a high pressure sales tactic style, which I am deeply disappointed by. After these experiences my wife and I decided to move to T-Mobile.
I went in because my phone was having issues and was helped by Trevor. He was very friendly and super patient working for 2 hours with support over the phone. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do I would definitely go to this location.
