I had an outstanding experience at Verizon thanks to Gavin. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I understood all my options. Gavin was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just making a sale. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Mi experiencia en la tienda de Verizon en Waukesha fue extremadamente negativa debido a prácticas poco transparentes y cargos agregados sin mi autorización. Fui a la tienda a adquirir un reloj y me atendió un vendedor llamado Mike. Desde el inicio le dejé claro que NO quería ningún tipo de seguro ni cobertura adicional. If your on a phone plan and one store approves the new phone but doesn't have it in stock so they say go to another store so you do but now that store even though they can see you were approved for that phone won't let you pick up the phone without the acct manager even though you can call him and the acct shows you were approved for that phone. It's 2025.
