After three separate visits over the last month, I felt the staff here was standoffish at best. Verizon seems to have gone away from customer centric service and moved to a high pressure sales tactic style, which I am deeply disappointed by. After these experiences my wife and I decided to move to T-Mobile.
I went in because my phone was having issues and was helped by Trevor. He was very friendly and super patient working for 2 hours with support over the phone. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do I would definitely go to this location.
Really happy with this location. Gavin has helped me the last couple times I've visited and is super friendly and helpful.
Staff is uneducated about phones sold. How you buy if they can't answer your questions.
Possibly the worst company an customer service I've ever experienced. I cancelled my internet service and sent by router in the pre-paid ups label they provided me. They then claimed they never received the item, even though I provided a tracking number. They could not confirm nor deny if that is the correct tracking number. So I went to the store to try to get it sorted out, they could not find my account at all.
