I went to this store when I had a malfunctioning phone. I have insurance and was happy there was one so close to me. When I arrived we filed a claim. The rep selected repair and said it was my only option, but all the repair places were going to close before I could arrive. They made it sound like I couldn't get a replacement until I tried to repair my current phone.( Ultimately it wasn't the case) As a solution, because I needed a replacement quickly, they offered only two options. 1. Went in July to get a new phone, while we discussed adding insurance to the new phone, not once was insurance discussed for my home internet. Today while looking into my plan I noticed my internet had gone up by $25. I called Verizon (the rep on the phones was very nice) I was informed that in July insurance was added to my internet services. This is fraud!!! My bad for trusting in a bit company to be honest.
