Went in July to get a new phone, while we discussed adding insurance to the new phone, not once was insurance discussed for my home internet. Today while looking into my plan I noticed my internet had gone up by $25. I called Verizon (the rep on the phones was very nice) I was informed that in July insurance was added to my internet services. This is fraud!!! My bad for trusting in a bit company to be honest.
