Best experience i have ever had! Gunjan patel was so helpful got us all set an ready to go. Told me things bout my account i didn't even know. We added more lines an all. I was very pleased an will only go back to him from now own.
Cancelled WiFi due to coverage issues. Got a replacement router that was defective. Supposedly got everything handled on the phone and told to take routers to store. Go to store and unable to do anything. What’s the point of having a store if they are unable to actually do anything and you have to call the 800 number back?
