The female manager refused to change the glass screen protector even though we had had it changed there before with the warranty! Said they don’t replace it there had to go to best buy in mt Juliet. So much for good service those days are gone!
The staff was friendly but u only had to go in and get my phone out of one of the lock boxes.

Apparently, they have pacific rules about the bathroom. I was told I couldn’t go then I was told I could and I was told I couldn’t. It’s insane.
