Had to visit twice in one week. Had a lovely time with the staff while we were waiting on my phone - was helped by Delaney. Very grateful for the customer service and help.
I had an awful experience at this store. The manager could use some customer service lessons. To add insult to injury, a phone that has been returned is still being charged on my bill despite 3 promises from customer service to remove it. I will be leaving Verizon for sure. They don't deserve my business. Customer Service continues to lie to me and promise to remove a bogus charge from my bill. Verizon steals from it's customers.
Noah was fantastic. Really nice to deal with. Made the phone upgrade process a breeze.
