Cancelled WiFi due to coverage issues. Got a replacement router that was defective. Supposedly got everything handled on the phone and told to take routers to store. Go to store and unable to do anything. What’s the point of having a store if they are unable to actually do anything and you have to call the 800 number back?
I had a great experience here. I ordered a phone from Verizon, due to me having to be at work leaving my house at 5:30a and not getting home till 6:15p, I was unable to sign for the package although I marked the box that said no signature. After a few days of them trying to deliver, they gave up and sent back to sender. I went into Verizon here in Lebanon a week ago from today’s visit to see if I could exchange my phone there, the guy that was there was unable to help me due to some issues with FedEx, no biggie, I understood... read more
