Regional manager Raj, not only wasted my time for an hour on Google meet, wasted another day of my time by telling me he will be in one location then he's at another and then he passes me on to another manager to explain all the headache that I have for someone else again to try to fix it. Horrible service since I switched partial account. 60plus line account lost because of carelessness from managers constantly and bad business in general from verizon itself
We walked in and were helped by Angel, who was incredibly patient with us. He took his time explaining everything clearly, and even though we asked a ton of questions, he answered each one with so much kindness and clarity. Amazing customer service! thank you, Angel, for being so awesome!
Verizon is in the gutter now and the in store customer service is proof. Been with the company 23 years, never had a phone without insurance. Came in a year ago during black Friday and got a new device only to find out they "lowered my bill" by dropping my insurance. Now a year later I'm out of warranty with a defective device and all they have to offer is a predatory tactic of trying to get me to add a line .
