Firstly they dont answer their phone, I tried calling 4 times, and no one answered. Went in there to upgrade to the new iPhone and the lady was very rude, standoffish, and unhelpful. Will not be going back here
Had problems with my phone connection. Went into store for assistance and person refused to look at phone, was dismissive and rude.
Please be careful they offer you for line $25 a month but your bills will never come less than $265
I opened a family plan with this store about a month ago, and they promised me a monthly bill of $140. Since then, the bill has skyrocketed to $240—I feel completely scammed. The staff is dishonest; they consistently lie, promising one thing but never delivering. Every time I visit the store to address the issue, they just keep adding charges. I’m now canceling the entire family plan. I strongly recommend you avoid this store—they’re completely untrustworthy.
I recently visited the store that people was very rude and they trying to open my contract without letting me know. Please be careful.
