They lied about the estimated total per month AND they lied to our faces multiple times about the perks deal. We were promised 3 years (and I wrote it down after the fact) no extra charge for HBO/Netflix and Disney ESPN ! They also were charging for Netflix premium when I was already paying for it on my personal card! Don’t trust Shaun because he’s the reason we were lied to and have had issues with our bill!
Went in to transfer my line a Chris was an amazing help. Very friendly and was able to do it with me in under 15 mins.
Cathleen the manager is a nightmare. Will not provide full name for a complaint nor provide her manager’s name. The experience and she wants to blame the business customer is outrageous. Run!
Let me start off by saying my family had been a Verizon customer for over 17 years. Our account is FULL of watches, iPads, phones, hotspots….you name it. I took my mom to purchase a new Samsung watch on December 29. They told us we had to make an appointment (to buy a product?
