Definitely make an appointment before you go to the Verizon store because there's usually a wait time if you don't have an appointment. The staff here were actually really friendly and super helpful. Despite having to wait a little bit. I got the help and assistance I needed. Avoid the stress and make an appointment!
I can definitely see how this store could be hit or miss depending on who helps you out. I went to this store last week when my phone's power button stopped working and I was greeted by Valerie who was excellent. I rather give them no star I regret ever switching to Verizon for my phone service I'm dealing with cancer and chemotherapy right now and I got a new phone with them the day I got home it was constantly gliching and acting up I went back the next day and they told me to go to BEST BUY and have the geek squad fix it. Who the hell does that then last nite my phone just went blank and froze. Now I can't use it so I have to waste my time and go back to get a new phone. Did not have a good experience, their customer service lacks. I came in for a new screen protecter for my phone and I was basically rushed out. The representative was kind of on the rude side, he told me it was very expensive for a new screen protector and more or less told me to go elsewhere. It wasn't about the money from my perspective, he was unprofessional and made it seem as though I was wasting his time. In the future, I will not be purchasing a new phone from this location ever again.
