They lied about the estimated total per month AND they lied to our faces multiple times about the perks deal. We were promised 3 years (and I wrote it down after the fact) no extra charge for HBO/Netflix and Disney ESPN ! They also were charging for Netflix premium when I was already paying for it on my personal card! Don’t trust Shaun because he’s the reason we were lied to and have had issues with our bill!
Sunday 1-25-26 on a stormy bad wheather afternoon I came in for a help on my new phone and thanks to Shaun who helped me to fix my issues with the new phone for not even two weeks but thanks to Shaun who helped and solved my issues!!!!
Went in to transfer my line a Chris was an amazing help. Very friendly and was able to do it with me in under 15 mins.
