Going into the store is a soul sucking experience! Management has attitude, the store is understaffed and the employees are not well trained. In the last three weeks I’ve spent over 10 hours in the store, simply trying to upgrade an iWatch. It is still not resolved. Each time I go there they make a new mistake, resulting in yet another visit, resulting in them having to open a new ticket that they somehow mess up! I had a really good experience getting set up on my first plan. Joseph is a really good rep. He is honest and upfront about pricing, and he has provided amazing guidance since my visit with him. He is great with communication and follow up. Definitely stop in and see him if you ever need to start a plan.
