I was just in Verizon with a problem getting Gmail on my iPad and logging into my Google account. As a senior citizen and stroke survivor, working with my iPad and phone can be challenging. Matthew was amazing. He took time to not only solve my problem, but explained everything to me during the process. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me. It was obvious that he enjoys his job. Thanks, Matthew!!

These guys spent hours with us helping us transfer 5 new iPhones that I had shipped to me and they even put on my screen protectors on because I’m terrible at it. Didn’t spend a dime here and they still bent over backwards to make us happy. Cameron and Mike really went above and beyond for us. Said no thank you to a tip but they had no choice but to accept lunch! End of story. Thanks guys from Papa Mazz.
We have 9 lines on a business account, you would think we might be able to get some customer service. Zero chance. As a business customer you can’t talk to anyone on the weekend or they will just hang up on you. The store won’t help you either , they just want to make another sale. There is zero customer support. The only thing they do is try to sell you more services on your account. We can’t even activate a phone without having to go into the store.
