Went in to buy a new phone and pay in full and while I was comparing phones a worker came up chewing gum with her mouth open asked for my account information for a check-in. I give her my number and she pulls up our plan and I tell her my name which is my number on our family plan which was switched from my brother's name so she absolutely refused to help me despite me wanting a service that does not require you to be a Verizon customer to begin with. Visited this location on 08/09/2025 to purchase upgraded devices for the hubby and me. Demetrius was an absolute delight and guided us through the process while ensuring we got the best value for our $$. Demetrius is a major asset to Verizon-- it's increasingly difficult to find skilled sales associates with authentically friendly personalities. We bought two Galaxy s25 phones and we are MORE than happy as Verizon customers going on 20 years now.
Friendly staff and prompt service made for a pleasant visit.
They have a large sign outside that says “fios is here” but they won’t actually help with any fios account questions and will instead tell you it’s a separate company and you need to either go to a different store or call the support number. Not the friendliest.
