During my visit, I was promptly greeted and asked for the purpose of my visit. The staff retrieved the item that I ordered online. I asked about other accessories (phone case) and was informed they would check if it was available. It was not available and I was instructed to look on Amazon. This is the second Verizon staff member that told me this and I told them I was really trying to purchase an accessory for my phone. If you are not willing to finance, they are not willing to sell, all the phones that were in stock magically become out of stock when you want to pay in full

I went to Verizon today to get a new watch. I’m a Verizon business customer, but this time I was looking for something just for myself. When I walked in, the two ladies at the door looked at me, then looked away—no greeting, no “hello,” nothing about what brought me into the store. A guy to the right asked how he could help me. Corporate Verizon stores - I can't say I am impressed. The sales rep was kind and friendly but he was unable to get my old phone to transfer within a 2.25 hour time frame and ended up using iCloud - this left me with additional issues to figure out. I had to go to another Verizon store to complete the process. He was on his personal phone the whole time chatting with his girlfriend...left to go get his lunch...and when I finally HAD to leave due to extensive time (I had a meeting) - i realized I was charged $.05 for a bag!
