They have a large sign outside that says “fios is here” but they won’t actually help with any fios account questions and will instead tell you it’s a separate company and you need to either go to a different store or call the support number. Not the friendliest.
We went there to get a new phone and the customer service was terrible, the lady was rude we turned around and left
