Lost my phone today. I panicked. Went to this location. Told them my situation. Took my information. Said I had to call the insurance because my phone wasn't paid for. Okay. My issue is the person or persons could care less. No compassion at all. This person was to busy on their cell phone. I know it was my issue but there was no consideration at all. Do not go here. Second time I’ve been to this location. I went last year to get a phone and worked with someone who was no help and acted completely miserable the whole time. Swore I would never go back and really wish I hadn’t. If I could leave zero stars I would. Today I went in despite the experience I had the year before. I had my battery replaced at Towson Apple Store and they gave me the phone back w/o the simm card. I went to the so called Verizon store in Parkville asked the guy for a SIM card 3 times . But this morning I went to the Store @ White Marsh on the Avenue and the three individuals there were so helpful put the SIM card in and my phone works. They were professional helpful and fun. I’m terrible with names but they were on this morning at 10 am. Thank you, thank you.
