I recently switched from ATT to Verizon after a nightmare experience with ATT. Angie went above and beyond to fight for me with my issues with my old carrier and it says a lot about how she values her customers. I am glad I made the switch and happy to be a new customer to Verizon Wireless and specifically this store knowing that I will get that kind of treatment from the staff here. Overall, a great experience, thanks Verizon and thanks Angie!
Great experience. I brought my phone first thing this morning because the touch screen wasn't working. Thinking I need a new phone. The gentleman was honest and did a few things to bypass to the main computer chip and rebooted it. It works fine now. They eaned my trust because all I know that they could tell me the phone is inoperable and try to sell me a new phone with add ons. When my phone contract is up in 6 months , I'll be going there for a new phone.
Not to this specific location just for Verizon and FiOS the worst service I have ever received. Really bad wifi really bad phone Internet. Straight talk is better I'm stuck in a plan Xfinity is so much better I regret leaving them will be switching Internet providers as soon as I can and phone companies.
Returned to this store after adding a new line and getting 2 new iPhones. I had questions about my bill and Dee was great!! Explained everything and took the time to make sure we got the best deal!!
Our technician, Angie, was incredible! She found great deals for us and stayed with us until everything was perfect, even though it meant working with us well after her shift had ended. Extremely helpful and personable and we left completely satisfied!
