Excellent experience at the Verizon store. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We especially want to highlight Juan, who was our agent and provided exceptional service he explained everything clearly and with great patience. We definitely recommend this store. Went in for a sim card issue and was immediately told the only viable option is to upgrade my phone. Just had it fixed for free... upselling is part of the job but to straight up lie to a customers face to do it is not the way
Juan and May are exceptional employees. Super pleasant and extremely accommodating!!
Was just in the store and overheard another customer berating the employees because she did not want to pay her past due balance. Luis and the manager were still so nice to her even though she was making a scene!!!! These people definitely deserve a raise!
