I just wanted to express how easy it was for me to upgrade my phone. I came into the store having a crappy day and just needed to upgrade my phone and Taylor the guy who handled my transaction was super quick, nice, and easy to work with. I was in and out with my new phone in like 30mins.
I would just like to say to whomever it may concern that the new Verizon management at the Ooltewah location is ridiculously good! The young man who took care of me, Bradley, was more helpful than I ever expected. He made our visit here enjoyable. He was a master at finding new and affordable gadgets and phones, plus amazing discount. The entire experience lasted about an hour and a half but it seemed like 10 minutes. I would most definitely refer them to everyone!
Sloane was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate his help getting questions answered on setup of new phone.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don’t leave reviews but this is next level. I could go into a significant amount of detail related to all my issues but these are the ones specific to this location/ cellular sales. First, when I upgraded my phone they required me to change my plan (no surprise this is typical of VZW). It was frustrating because the cost would go up, but I needed the new phone so I accepted the higher priced plan.
