Parking at this location is terrible. I needed to run in and out quickly. I was going to park in the curbside spot, but someone pulled in right before me. Ends up that it was an employee of your office. I ended up parking behind by Meijer. Next time, I'll just go to the other store down the street.

I turned in two identical iPhones on trade today and the agent said he couldn’t print receipts, I would have to check my Verizon account. I received a receipt when I turned in another phone there two days earlier?!? He claimed he couldn’t show me the credits on his tablet. So I checked when we got to the car, and they had credited us for $165 on one and $830 on the other. They fixed it and blamed it on a computer glitch…. Not good.

Extremely rude, bad customer service. Male talked down to customer in a derogatory tone. They obstructed any opportunity to have the Corporate Customer Service person talk through a merged call to resolve an issue on the account, when the customer care number diverted calls to billing instead of their store. They wasted hours of the customer’s time because they act like they can do nothing to help. Useless employees and store. Honestly what is the point of you if you lack total customer service?
