Came in thinking of upgrading my iPhone, left for the Apple Store after the poor and pushy customer service.
Verizon STOLE $1,000 DOLLARS from my husband and I through this store. A few years ago we went in as android users, both with the newest flagship Samsung galaxy note phones at the time. We had been unhappy with the customer service with our previous provider and thought we’d have better luck with Verizon - WRONG. We even have a business account with them which gives us better perks. Terrible customer service and not helpful and apparently rude. My son went in to transfer information from a broken phone to a different phone just now. He had the authorization PIN to do this. Oh no, it can't be that easy. Nope, they wanted me to call a 1-800 number, wait on hold (while I'm at work because I'm not with him) and give some 15 digit code to the rep on the phone to authorize him-even though he has the PIN.
