Zorrell was amazing getting all 3 of my lines transfered from T-Mobile . Zorrell went above and beyond makening sure all my devices were working perfect even when T-Mobile said they released the lines and clearly in my app they weren't. So between Zorrell and his tec support they made this family happy and felt very welcoming into the Verizon family . Left T-Mobile after being with them over 20 + years !!!! Thank you very very much Zorrell for all your assistance you deserve a huge raise 😀 👍 😊 👏 🙌 ☺️
