Worked with Hector and he was absolutely fantastic to work. Very patient and professional. I was dealing with a very stressful situation with AT&T and he helped with the migration to verizon. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
Went in and we luckily got Jasmine and she was the BEST! She helped us with so many issues on our account and with phones/watches above and beyond! So patient, polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We ended up being there for hours and she made the process an actual pleasant experience. Impressed beyond 5 stars!!
I had the most terrible experience with an agent who could not speak clearly but rather was speaking really fast and didn’t even care to help me understand what he was saying clearly, anyways he basically didn’t want to sell me the iPhone 17 with a trade in offer. I never been treated like this from Verizon … I hope they talk to the agent because he provided horrible service! So disgusted 🤢
Extremely disappointed with both Verizon’s service and in-store customer support. My phone constantly goes into SOS mode, meaning I have no cellular signal most of the time even though I’ve already gone through two replacement devices. The issue clearly isn't the phone it’s the poor network coverage, but the store keeps pushing upgrades instead of addressing the actual problem.
