I would not recommend this store or any Verizon store customer service. It’s terrible wait times are ridiculously long. They recently charged me for four lines and I only had two and they couldn’t explain how this happened. They are deceitful and take advantage of people that are elderly or handicapped. Had I not checked my paper statement I would’ve been charged an additional hundred dollars on my bill they couldn’t explain why those two lines were added to my bill strongly discourage anyone from using Verizon.
Danny helped us sign up for a family plan and home Internet on a Sunday afternoon. He was polite, helpful, and helped walk through all the options. He took the time to go through all the details and answered all our questions… he even asked ones that we we didn’t think of. We left with our new phones syncing and finished the setup at home with his detailed instructions (he offered to complete everything for us but we had eaten up so much of his time already). Arshia was professional and thorough when demonstrating the Meta RayBan display glasses. He also took the time to make sure the glasses and neural wrist band fit and operated well. His enthusiasm of these new glasses was genuine and made sure I was able to properly operate them, even if I needed some extra time. He also updated me about the newly released features for the glasses when I returned to purchase them. Thank you again Arshia!

The manager Jay, is the best. He is the only reason why I am giving this store a star. If more of the employees took as much pride in making the custom experience the best as Jay does, this would be a 5 star store. He is the reason I will be coming back.
