Didn’t acknowledge me when I came in and made ZERO effort to help me. I was trying to get help through the online chat to get help within store and they still made no effort to assist me.
Impossible to talk to a person. Verizon automated service is absolutely garbage. Save yourself trouble and headaches and a whole bunch of money and go to AT&T or Boost
