The manager Jay, is the best. He is the only reason why I am giving this store a star. If more of the employees took as much pride in making the custom experience the best as Jay does, this would be a 5 star store. He is the reason I will be coming back.
COMPLAINT WAS NOT ESCALATED ANYWHERE. Corporate toady LIED to us, which is typical with Verizon. This company is allegedly the "best". What a laugh! DO BETTER! UPDATE: Verizon corporate toady hops onto my review, spewing meaningless platitudes and paying lip service, trying to appear like they actually care about their customers. I want to give a shout out to Ali, one of the kindest and easiest to work with Verizon reps I’ve met! I’ve been with Verizon for two decades and have had many frustrating experiences over the phone and in person, but my visit to this store and working with Ali was very easeful. She answered all of my questions with clarity and competency, and was patient with all of my specific niche needs. Thank you for your help!
amazing experience! i definitely felt like an appreciated customer, the team let me know of all promotions i qualified for and help me adjust my bill to take advantage. definitely recommend!!
