Customer service socks.Amad is the Store manager, he didn’t know how to talk to the customer. I’m gonna close my business account with 10 lines to try and switch to T-Mobile.

Worth experience ever.
In October, I switched my home internet from COX to Verizon’s 5G Home plan. As a loyal Verizon customer for over 7 years with an unlimited mobile plan, I was offered the 5G Home plan at a locked-in rate of $45/month — which seemed like a great deal.
