I always wanted to have Verizon as my business wireless provider. I use to hear they have the best coverage in the nation? Unfortunately, the coverage, this Laguna Niguel store location and phone customer service and tech support are the absolute worse! I was so lucky to be paired up with Yohana. She helped me and my business save money with our internet. I had all kinds of problems with my previous provider and she was so helpful working things out with me even after I left the store with phone calls and ideas. Really the best store and Yohana was so nice and helpful. Really a breath of fresh air with all the other companies always nickel and diming my business.

Needed to upgrade my phone! This location has always been my go-to and on Sunday 12/01/2024 was the icing on my Verizon cake! I am tech-challenged and was assisted by Josh! He was super knowledgeable, amazingly kind, extremely helpful, and most of all patient and understanding! My transactions were stress-free, super fast and I was in and out in maybe an hour leaving with everything I needed, wanted and so happy! KUDOS JOSH! You’re the best!
