I’ve been to this Verizon store several times over the years, and it used to be one of my favorite locations. The team was always professional, friendly, and their customer service was great. This store’s team is really unprofessional, especially the manager. The way they handle customers shows a complete lack of proper customer service. First time came they said we need to transfer phone number from one plan to another online. Online it did not work. Second time we came, they asked for an appointment and the wait time is one hour… The stuff member who greeted us first time had a strong smell of cigarettes
