I spoke with customer service on the phone they weren’t able to resolve my issue I decided to go in store and see what they can do and all I can say is if it wasn’t for Jason and Tyler I probably would’ve left Verizon as a provider thank you so much for such great customer service I will only be going to them every time moving forward!

I brought my phone here after it developed a sim card issue. The only front staff instead told me that Verizon no longer supports 4G (which is a blatant lie, by the way) without even looking at the device or asking any questions. He then refused to help. I went to Verizon in Irvine and had my phone working with no issues in less than 5 minutes. Staff here don't want to work, and honestly, shouldn't be working here at all in that case. Abysmal. Never returning here

Consistently bad service and horrendous wait.. after four years and multiple store visits- it’s the most painful experience.. every process is more difficult than the next. 3 hours to get a printout of my last statement because my online access was shut down. I highly recommend a different carrier.
