Bryson gave over the top customer service today. I left the Verizon store very happy!
My mother passed away and I live out of state so I canceled her line via phone call. Verizon told me to try the local store to turn in the phone where she purchased the phone since it was less than 30 days. They told me it was an extra service that required the place to be on point but they could return the phone just as I could. Just make sure I got a receipt.
