Stay away, unless you feel like reading their contracts with a magnifying glass. My sales rep, Ron Mills, slipped in a 3 year contract in exchange for my paid off iPhone. He said we’d swap phones. Swap? Then a year into that contract, when I went in to replace my phone, which was covered for damage, Ron slipped in another contract, extending mine for another year. I came here on 3/6/2026 and a day or so after too. Jason was a great help the first day I came. I needed to see if a suspicious text was sent from Verizon and he helped me do that and I felt better able to keep my device safe after talking to him. The second time I came I worked with Sanjay who helped me set up a new eSIM. He was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire way. I 100% recommend this location for your Verizon needs.
I was told I could return my internet box there because it was the closest corporate store and they would be able to take it. Went I walked in, the assistant manager Jason told me there’s no way they could take it. I asked why would Verizon customer service tell me to bring it there? Worst customer service in the world. It’s exceptional in how poorly they treat their customers or handle basic situations Really really awful people
activate they tell me that the watch can't be used as a standalone for kids. So after two hours on the phone and a trip to the store on a day that I had work to do brought me to tears. By this point the people at the store had deactivated my son's old watch. We took both watches to the Verizon store and asked if the new really can't be used as a standalone.
