Had the Best Experience in this store. Extremely knowledgeable , friendly and super helpful staff! I actually dreaded going there, based on past experiences at AT&T and Optimum stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very professional and superb customer service!

I live in Massapequa and have a corporate store 5 minutes from me I drive to Merrick because they KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING… I highly recommend this Verizon store for service their management team is amazing Jay and Kim and the rest of the staff are amazing never had a problem
I had a great experience at this Verizon corporate store. The staff were friendly, efficient, and didn’t try any sideways upsells—which has been an issue for me at other locations in the past. I got a new phone and iPad with no hassle. Honestly, I was close to disconnecting Verizon after past experiences, but this visit completely turned that around. Highly recommend this store if you want straightforward, helpful service.
Kim is absolutely incredible! She was helpful, kind, and efficient! I was so impressed by her knowledge and attitude. Brian was also wonderful! He took his time with us and explained everything really well. We will be back just for them!
