I was getting a new phone. It took over 4 hours! It should not take 4 hours. Then they did not even have a case for my phone. Nice people very friendly. But one more time 4 hours then no phone case.
Horrible customer service
I wish I can give this store 0 stars. The employees that work in this store are really giving Verizon a bad name. They are extremely lazy and don’t want to help customers. They have a poor attitude. They walk right by you and don’t want to offer assistance. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
The are racist people specially the white women if you transfer your number I am setting almost 0ne hours and no people there on the line
