Very unfriendly! Told us we had to get back in line to buy a new phone! So went to Verizon on Airport. Got the phone and lots of help!
Cole is one of the best employees I have ever had help me with Verizon. Honest to God. Cole is no longer there. Last time I was there my car was keyed when I purchased a new Google phone. The Maumee Police Department were called and a police report was taken so I could get the video from the parking lot cam. A court subpoena was presented 2 VERIZON and am still waiting for the video 2 be givin 2 the police, the court and Me. Will never go there again. That happened Monday April 28th. It is now July 23rd 2025.
