Unauthorized charges of 455.00 and I'm not a customer an never was. I went into the store in person they couldn't help me .but gave me a list of numbers and that was a joke an still didn't get it resolved yet going to dispute all 3 charges . I was on the phone all day they hung up on me several times

They tried to help with my watch, but no one there had experience with this model. However they were as helpful as possible.

Easily the worst service I've ever experienced; rather than be allowed to take my phone home to do a data transfer, I was told to sit with it and wait thirty minutes. I left after three hours of waiting, not because I couldn't wait, but because they gave other customers better service, offering to keep their phones while the transfer happened, offering up personal wifi after a "long thirty minute wait."

Seth, is an awesome sales associate. He went above and beyond to help me with my new phone. He explained every detail and made sure to tell if I needed any help with anything to come back and he’d be more than happy to help me. He definitely deserves your business.
