I want to commend your agent William for his patience in helping me download some needed apps on my phone. I am not tech savy and his clarifications and walking me through the process helped make it a east and stress free one.

DON'T BUY A PHONE HERE!!! Go to a different store with better reviews. These people will scam you for commission and make it look like they are helping you. Somehow I left the store with an additional phone line I didn't need. Now I've been on the phone with Verizon for days trying to cancel this unwanted phone line. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
I visited this store on Monday to complete a trade-in promotion after upgrading two phones on my account. The lady who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. Everything turned out great. I'm very pleased. Thank you.
