I was there today for an upgrade. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Very disappointed with the exceptionally poor customer service at this location. I was able to complete my upgrade online. Please don't waste your time at this location. This is exactly why more people are choosing to do business online rather than at actual retail store locations. Very sad.

Very unacceptable for asking my daughter to get her id verification over the phone to Verizon service center to get new physical sim card . They can figure out who she is with her id or passport . I am very disappointed with the way my case has been handled. It feels like Verizon is making things harder for customers just to avoid taking responsibility.
