I visited this store on Monday to complete a trade-in promotion after upgrading two phones on my account. The lady who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. Everything turned out great. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

I was scammed. In store, I was told I had a free BYOD extra phone number I could activate. I asked multiple times if it was free and was told the charges on the next bill looked a little weird because I had just paid off my phone and upgraded my phone plan. I checked my next bill and it says I owe $40 activation fee and $17.41 in tax fees, the plan is "free" but every month I'll have to pay those tax fees. That's not free. They lied to me. Wow the customer service here is astoundingly bad on the phone and the store experience. From the second that you walk into this store, workers have the nastiest attitudes and stare you down. They are not friendly in the slightest and make it very clear they don't care about you or why you came. It felt like I was committing a crime by coming in.
