My phone was stolen a new phone was sent to this location and my wife decided to upgrade. The person didn't even greet me no smile I asked to look up my information said he could not do that not even with a reason why. Would have to pay just too help with transferring over info too new phones didn't even offer screen protector or case. The kicker they had no costumers and 5 people was just standing around. I scheduled an expeess pick up for a new phone at this location, and there was an error with my order being processed by Verizon online. An associate named Angel was super helpful with trying to get the issue resolved. He went above and beyond to help me out. I would highly recommend placing an order with Angel and this location in-store rather than ordering online.
rude, bad attitude (July 3 2pm front help desk)
Very unhelpful and rude. You expect a certain amount of upselling when you visit a Verizon store but the disregard for their customers was shocking. Left without making a purchase - better off figuring it out on my own online.
