Every time I've visited this store it's been a major waste of time. I always wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone, and either they have me go through all of the steps just to conveniently not be able to finish my transaction because "Oh that promotion doesn't work in-store" or "you have to do this first" or they simply tell me they're not able to help me.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. IM SWITCHING TO AT&T.
Joe was great. He was very knowledgeable and was the only one who actually helped me. Ask for Joe!
My issue was resolved to my satisfaction by Verizon Mgmt. NOT at this location. I changed this review to 3 stars from one star considering I was eventually heard and responded to. My original story will remain here as a warning to others. Just got an email telling my wife and I that we are losing our promotional credit ($22.22 per line) we received for trading in our old phones.
