Verizon team member Edwin went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue today. He stayed with me while we were on the phone with Verizon the whole time. Above and beyond excellent customer service!
Louise was amazing and super efficient.
My girl friend and her father went to this location for assistance with her cell phone not receiving calls.. the “manager” assisting her told her rudely that the process to get her phone back on was something she had to do by calling a help line and that he wouldn’t be doing it.. he seemed irritated at doing his job and overall an unpleasant man.
