Just got an email telling my wife and I that we are losing our promotional credit ($22.22 per line) we received for trading in our old phones. It was stated that this was due to us changing plans to a lower tier. Sadly, we visited the store on fruitville pike to make this change since we wanted to make sure we weren't doing anything that would penalize us.
