Very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to confirm I had the best plan for me and that I had three free upgrades for the other phones on my plan.
They are pirates. Never thought that I’d say I got better customer service at Xfinity. The only way to get the customer service you deserve is by submitting a complaint with the better business bureau.

I cancelled service and the rep flat out LIED to me just to get me off the phone. He said the money they took from me was for last month even though it says right on the bill that my plan is billed a month in advance.
