The help was all it could be, but it was da waste of time as Verizon does not accept my phone.
The guy took about 15-20 minutes tapping on the tablet saying he was trying to get me the best deal. At the end, he shows me two quotes, where I kept my current phone activated with a new number because they couldn't trade it in and got a new iphone for "free" plus an iPad or apple watch. I told him at the beginning I wanted to buy a phone for that cheapest I could and not raise my parents bill. Both quotes raised the bill by over 2,000 dollars over the course of 36 months. I had the most rude experience here. I had a 2 pm appt to look at a phone for my 84 year old uncle. After checking in, we were waiting at least 15 minutes so I politely asked the manager how long I should expect to wait as I was concerned for my uncle. He became very rude and sarcastic and asked me if I knew what it means to have an appt with Verizon. Seeing how rude and unprofessional he was, we walked out. I will no longer be using this location after the discussion I had with my best friend Jason today regarding Marcus. Today my friend Jason went into this location because his iPhone screen would no longer light up making it so that he could only use his phone through Siri , my friend is also a customer who doesn’t only have phone service but pays for home WiFi , Netflix , and insurance also on his account . when he relayed his issue to the employee Marcus , Marcus goes on to say so what’s question? which left my friend baffl... read more
