I stopped by the store because I was having a hard time getting my watch to connect with my phone. Josh took the time to get it figured out! Great customer service!
Super excellent service. Fast and friendly. It is a corporate store so they have access to do any and every thing you might need.
Terrible customer service. When I entered the store I stood where workers were, they were waiting on the customers,so I just waited patiently. When they were done with the customer the worker went to the back, came out stated have a seat we will be with you. Well three more groups came in and guess what they got waited on right away. Dealing with the loss of my parent. I go to Verizon because I received a for my dead father. I alerted Verizon that he passed away over a month ago. Yet I receive on this bill additional charges for $30. So I ask and after waiting 40 minutes and the same gentleman who made me wait finally took a look at the bill and told me that it was for returned check fee. I said well if I told you that he was dead. Why did you charge his account? I shouldn't have to pay for that. I can pay what's owed but not the return check fee. He shr... read more
