Good staff.
My father lost his phone, we had to jump through hoops and we still do not have a replacement. We headed over to the Verizon on Fruitville Pike Lancaster Pa. When we walked in nobody greeted us or told us they would be with us shortly, common courtesy. After several minutes a big gentleman came out from the back, I am assuming finishing his lunch because he was still chewing and licking his fingers, and asked if we had been helped. I walked into Verizon hating life because my trusty ol' iPhone 8 plus's microphone kicked the bucket, and I did not want to spend a ton of money on a new phone, nor did I want to deal with the hassle of it all. However, I was assisted by Jovanie aka Jo, and he made everything so easy and pleasant. And the whole ordeal took less than an hour (not including wait time). Painfully long wait for service. I now know you should have an appointment before you go especially if you’re coming from a distance. Very competent help once served.
