I went to the Smyrna TN store yesterday to get help with my phone as I had a scam that had gotten into the phone. I want to thank Chad Mcconnell as he was very helpful. He not only fixed my phone but showed compassion, kindness and patience with me. I am an older individual and sometimes that level of kindness is not present with Customer Service.
