Horrible Customer Service! Called this Sam Ridley location with an issue I had hoped to get resolved. The representative answered and, without a greeting, said hold. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I was left on hold over an hour and still holding as I type this review. No one ever came back. How rude, unprofessional, and downright careless. Omg Anthony is the best very knowledgeable and thorough. He talked me into staying a customer without even knowing he did so. Great customer service and great experience. The person that initially greeted me was awesome too but I forgot his name

Absolutely horrible customer service the guy started with me and went to someone else when I wasn't even finished needing help and so I waited and waited and never got help and just left the store.

I went in to this store because I was having trouble activating a new phone. Becca was awesome! She worked with tech support and ended up being able to get the phone activated herself after tech support had some difficulty. Helpful hint: Make sure Find My Phone is completely off on your old phone before you activate the new one. Thanks Becca!

The male black employee working front desk has a terrible attitude. I had bought an IPhone and he did not want to help transfer my phone number from my Android phone to the IPhone. He needs better training or find a job that he is not in customer service.
