The representative with a straight horizontal scar on his neck was immediately abrasive and rude, and it felt like he was actively trying to avoid helping me. The service was initially straightforward; however, my phone number was ported incorrectly. The final digit was wrong, despite me reminding staff multiple times while setting it up in person. I did not realize this for nearly a month, as I assumed the lack of calls and texts was due to the holiday season. The impact was severe. Naudine was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was patient, kind, and genuinely sweet throughout the entire process.
