Had to unfortunately make a couple of trips here. One occasion the door concierge wasn’t there so staff were servicing customers out of order so I had to wait around longer The sales associate tacked on Verizon mobile protection without asking or telling The same sales associate was like yeah free Netflix. It’s the crap one without ads, not the ad free one that we get standalone. So post sale had to cancel the mobile protection and change Netflix Honestly I would not trust anyone in there based on this

Very slow and only have one staff to help lots of costumers ! Very disappointed with their service
This place is really bad. They need to focus more on customer service and effectiveness rather than trying to sell you services or products you don’t need. Wasted an hour there and left empty due to dishonest sales attempts. Time better spent upgrading my phone over the phone or going to an honest brick and mortar store. Not sure if the sales attempts are due to management pressure or personal commission but whatever the strategy is here isn’t working. Customers are not dumb.
