Terrible. Walked in today, asked for help on my storage problem. Photos not syncing correctly on the Pixel. Was told in 30 seconds to go to Best buy. What a waste of time. Not helpful even 5%. That guy needs to find a different job that he cares about. This one is not for him.
Uses deceptive sales tactics to sell you services you don’t need or want. When confronted they showed no contrition. Thankfully the Verizon customer service phone representative I called happily credited me for the unwanted service fees.
easy to work with. they may have 3 attendees at the same time so a little patience of just speak out and ask for help.
Terrible service, very unhelpful and unfriendly employee. They were unable to provide me any information and kept using my personal device to pull up information about my account instead of the Verizon store device and tools. When I asked for specific information I was given vague responses about my options and the employee blamed customers for not being smart enough to set up streaming link accounts, completely unprompted. Left without upgrading to the new phone I had been hoping to get.
