The Verizon technician, Christian, did an amazing job with his expertise and patience with me. My IPhone was not allowing my emails to be retrieved, and with his patience and skillful perseverance, he fixed it. A perfect example of talented customer service!
Timothy is rude and unhelpful treats customers like trash doesn't even listen or help. Verizon is the worst service I've ever had then he tried to scare threaten me with a $955 balance just an all around DISGUSTING person. If you want the worst service in Ithaca, and to be threatened by Timothy go here. Definitely suing verizon after the experience with him. He treats customers like trash and he himself is a nasty NASTY individual with a horrible attitude.
Very helpful people!! Much better than the verizon in Colonie Center, HellbaNY. The guy in hellbaNY was so rude to me & my elderly friend. This store has nice people working there. Thank you !
