Be careful with this store. They offered me a fantastic promotion for new phones and watches but that promotion never took effect on my bill. I've been to the store 5 times to try and rectify the situation and they seem to care less and less each time. This is a typical bait and switch situation and I wont be giving them my business any longer. Fortunately, the chat bot on Verizon's website was eventually able to help fix my issue and my bill now reflects what they promised me. Makes me wonder why I needed the store at all.
