Save your time and don't visit this store. The staff was rude and did not have the knowledge necessary to solve my phone issue. I wish I had stayed with T-Mobile and never switched to Verizon.
this store is the worse. I never write review but the people working there are useless. they cant help with anything if its not related it to sell you a phone or a case for your phone. I went the first time and they said I had to do it on the phone so its ok I guess. they phone lady told me to go to the store for the second part of my issue drove there and again they said that has to be by phone or online. 2 different problems so my question is why I saw like 4 workers waiting on the front door just to tell you they cant hel... read more
I had switched to Verizon last week, come to find out someone in customer service screwed up. I went in yesterday Katrina helped me get everything squared away, walking away with a brand new iPhone and an amazing payment and service! She is the best was totally understanding and very helpful.
