Bobby was wonderful!!! Really helpful, never pushy, and updated our account for better discounts! Also helped us set up a phone for our kiddo with all the parental safety and control.

Robert assisted me this Saturday morning. He was awesome! Answered all my questions with excellent knowledge and a great attitude. The wait for a Saturday at 11AM wasn’t more than 10 minutes with no appointment. Robert helped set me up with Apple Music on the family plan giving all 5 family members access for less than I was paying for one family member in the past. I’ve had bad experiences with Verizon stores in the past but this experience made up for any negative experiences and then some! Thank you Robert!
