Bobby was extremely helpful with an urgent situation. Knowledgeable and most supportive.
Bobby was highly responsive throughout my challenging times, including transitioning to new pho w.. Excellent problem solver and responsive..appreciate his customer service post sale..
This store runs a scam where they add lines to your account without disclosing. This is known as a cramming scam. Highly unethical and would not take accountability when confronted. Even Verizon customer care line said this is done by some stores to increase sales commission. Buyer beware!
My experience at the Verizon store in North Huntingdon Pa is always a pretty good experience. Wonderful people, a big shout out to Daniel.
