Terrible customer service. Incompetent and dishonest employees
Ready to switch to AT&T. People who have been there forever never get the new discounts. People are rude at the one store will not post which one. The guy literally laughed at me when I asked a question.
Went in to trade phones and got the runaround, ended up trading in a perfectly good phone and getting about 20% of what was promised. I’m not even sure if I blame the store. Verizon makes it so confusing, charges to activate a phone on a line you already have, promise trade in values and pay off your current phone and backs none of it up. Even the employees get turned around. By far the worst Verizon store in the area. Every time I have an issue all they do is call customer care and the rep I worked with was beyond rude. If Verizon was the best service in the area I’d switch.
