Not sure if their sales tactics are intentionally deceptive, or if they ripped me off due to lack of knowledge of their products. Either way, I will never know because they will not return my calls. Thanks to Verizon online customer service for correcting this quickly when this store would not. Please avoid this location. I see a lot of similar reviews.
Daniel and Nick were such a help in the trade in process after the MONROEVILLE location said they no longer did trade-ins! Dan and nick dig deep to find the bigger issue and was able to resolve it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE 2!
Went in to trade phones and got the runaround, ended up trading in a perfectly good phone and getting about 20% of what was promised. I’m not even sure if I blame the store. Verizon makes it so confusing, charges to activate a phone on a line you already have, promise trade in values and pay off your current phone and backs none of it up. Even the employees get turned around. I went into the store for assistance with a warranty issue with a recent purchase. They seemed more concerned with trying to sign me up for home internet than helping me with my problem.
What at terrible store. The employees here, especially one of the managers named Eric. I came in for a simple bill fix which turned into an absolute horrendous experience verbal assault by Eric. His attitude and demeanor the entire time was something you’d find very disturbing. Another customer has mentioned how she’s experienced these type of interactions in the past.
