TLDR - this store took advantage of my elderly mom who's undergoing chemo treatment. My mom needed a replacement phone as her old phone wasn't intuitive for someone older and not eltechnologically savvy. My brother went with her and when I talk to her later, she says she got the pixel 9. First thought is that's ridiculous that this store saddled her with the latest phone (had just comeout) but if it's easier for her to use, fine. Beware of this location hassle city and no customer service Store is not handicapped friendly, chairs are all to high for disabled After 3 phone calls and 6 hours of my time trying to get a new phone sent for my 90 year old mom that just stopped working for no reason I went to the corporate office in Irwin Pa the manger refused to transfer her data from the old phone/ replacement that also failed ….to the new phone I had to buy and pay for….
