Worst store I have ever dealt with. Everytime I come here there is nothing but grief and incompetence. End up doing everything online or going to the Albertville store ( who always seems to know what to do ) but is not convenient.
Jesus at the Guntersville Verizon location is an amazing employee with wonderful customer service. He deserves all the credit!
Terrible experience. I bought a new phone from Verizon and was trying to get my new iPhone activated. I went through 5 employees and still didn’t get my phone activated. Last employee started transferring my information from my old phone to new iPhone and told me it would take up to 4 hours to get everything transferred. He told me to keep my phones side by side to complete transfer. When I left the store my phones were still transferring information.
