Understaffed and indifferent. Very disappointing considering how much money Verizon rakes in. Their local Business Rep Gladys Barreto gives out a Business Card with a number that has no msg on it and says it is full of voice mail. It has been that way since Dec. 2025. Pretty sorry way to serve Business Customers. We have to go through the 40 min wait to get someone at a main Verizon number on the phone and try to get help when we need it. My experience ordering two 17 Pro Max iPhones was largely pleasant. When I first went inside, Delilah was amazing, very kind and patient when explaining the various plans. Ultimately, I signed a three-year contract with the understanding that the phones were out of stock and would have to be ordered.
