VERIZON WIRELESS, SERIOUSLY WOW. I didn't have much hope when it came to Wireless Coverage as we were with AT&T for almost 20 years, when I tell you I felt like we were in the STONE AGES for all those years; easiest thing I can compare it to was a concentration camp. I want to shout of Adrienne that works at the Verizon Guntersville location. I am 52 years old and in my entire life, I have NEVER encountered the superior customer service I did when I met this young lady. Wow at the courtesy, knowledge, honesty, kindness, and patience she offered to me being a dinosaur and not knowing a thing.
