I highly advise NOT to go to this store unqualified staff, very unprofessional not very friendly, the price for everything was much higher
Horrible service. Snarky and rude. If you're gonna insult me, say it to my face. Don't mumble it under your breath. Was on the phone with verizon and they told me to bring my trade-in here. Got into the store and they refused to take it, didn't look into why, and told me to just get a shipping label on my own. Go to greenvale, so much better.
I had a great experience with Peter in store today. He was able to help with our business account and my personal account. He knew everything I asked. Very efficient and was able to navigate through a complicated issue. He has a great attitude and will make me want to continue as a customer with employees like him. Hire more people just like him so knowledgeable
Can't call the actual store. Number listed sends you to corporate robot phone. Spent 20 minutes talking to AI. Still can't get through. Don't start a business if you can't operate it. Worst.
