Can't call the actual store. Number listed sends you to corporate robot phone. Spent 20 minutes talking to AI. Still can't get through. Don't start a business if you can't operate it. Worst.

I had a great deal worked out with Jeffrey, and then the manager interfered. He tried to change the deal, upsell me an extra line, upsell me a different phone, he claimed that the phone Jeffrey offered me is on hold for another customer (?) and he ignored everything that I wanted. I wound up walking out. I wanted Jeffrey to get the commission, but the manager is a total slimeball and lost a sale.
Not helpful at all
Met with a few gentlemen whom couldn't be nicer and more helpful with setting up my new iPhone. Highly recommend!
