It takes me a lot to write a bad review so here you go. I signed up in January and have encountered multiple problems. After signing up, I was promised a rebate to pay off my old phone with my previous carrier, which I have still not received. The processing time was supposed to be 8 weeks, but it has now been 14 weeks with no updates. Verizon blames the 3rd party rebate company and the rebate company blames Verizon.
