Very slow. Expect to wait a while for any service.
It takes me a lot to write a bad review so here you go. I signed up in January and have encountered multiple problems. After signing up, I was promised a rebate to pay off my old phone with my previous carrier, which I have still not received. The processing time was supposed to be 8 weeks, but it has now been 14 weeks with no updates. Verizon blames the 3rd party rebate company and the rebate company blames Verizon. FORMER verizon customer of 25 years got horrible in person service at this location and just as bad service from the loyalty line. Transfered my service to T MOBILE got better service, better price, better perks.
