I came in and paid my bill 10 Am in the morning and now i am still at the branch trying to get my service activated.
Went in for a simple exchange. Item wasn’t in stock there so they assured me I can go pick it up at another location. Other location stated the lady did the process wrong so now I’ve wasted my time and on the phone with corporate trying to fix this mess this lady did. Complete trash service
If you want a pleasant experience from a no pressure knowledgeable staff, this Verizon store is the place to be!!! Juan, Alex, and their manager Jon are experienced professionals that always want a positive outcome for their customers. My situation was a pain, they spent time and effort to fix my issue and make me a very happy customer. I didnt even complain just presented the issue, they are on the "customer satisfaction mode" at all times!!! Thanks guys!!
