The worse customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. They messed up my order after making 3 different trips to the store i had to call customer service 4 times over an hour on phone each time. I was told i would need to go back to the store because they had set phones up incorrectly. I went back to store and was told they had no idea how long it would be before the manager could see me. The store was empty and manager was on rear office. After 20 minutes still waiting on manager. AVOID THIS STORE!!?

Beware of sales tactics and lies. I was told on Black Friday I was eligible for home internet and a free Xbox. The salesman also had us set up a new line to get a promo and said it would be tied to our phone in the background. Also was told we could have a standalone watch. NONE of this was true. This is our second time of having a horrible experience at this Verizon store. The sales people are not only rude but deceiving. Our last encounter was on January 5, 2025. We had an appointment at 12pm to exchange a defective Iphone 16 we just bought. It took them 1 hour to get the phone to us and exchange it after numerous times asking what was taking so long.
