Unfortunately we have had the run around with many phones calls and loss of work time while trying to get previous bills. Once we called corporate things did move quickly!

Lamont went above and beyond to help get my son set up with his new phone. He has tremendous patience and is a fantastic manager!
Lamont and James were so helpful with everything. We took like 3 hours of their time, but they were able to explain everything in great detail and help us with setup. Highly recommend this location for help with any account issues, new devices, and promotions.
