I had purchased a new Motorola Razr phone which I needed to get connected to an existing Verizon phone plan. I made an appointment on-line and arrived early for the appointment. The two associates were busy but once they were done, were able to assist me with my phone. I had inadvertently locked my phone for a time period so we had to wait several minutes before they could connect my service. Terrible. Every time. The stores can't do anything for you anyway, so I don't recommend going in.
