Very disappointing experience. Two different employees told me I needed a different Social Security number to open a Verizon business account for my new company, which is simply incorrect. A business uses its EIN, while the owner may provide their personal SSN for a credit check. After receiving the same misinformation twice, I lost confidence in the staff and left without opening the account. Verizon should properly train its employees on business accounts.
Scott is great, I came in here pretty upset because my new phone transfers messed up online. He was very patient with me and sympathetic to what was going on. I was in in our in less than five minutes! Will definitely come back for my phone issues.
