I went into the Woodinville Verizon store after making a total mess of my kids’ phones while trying to trade their devices with one another. I wasn’t planning to buy anything—I just needed help getting things straightened out with their Apple accounts, resetting one of the phones, and figuring out the setup process. Ira helped me, and he was incredibly patient through all of it. Customer of Verizon Wireless for 20+ years. Run from Verizon now. They have quickly become the absolute worst carrier with the absolute most unreliable service. The WIFI is inferior to anything else out there. You literally cannot do any worse than their wifi.
Came into Verizon store Oz helped me he was awesome super polite best person I've worked with at this location.
