Terrible. Every time. The stores can't do anything for you anyway, so I don't recommend going in.
Shelby was extremely knowledgeable about every step of resolving my issue, guiding me to a new device without being pressure-y, transferring my data over a 2 hour period, and had a very friendly and capable attitude. Whole staff at the store was extremely accommodating to all customers, high quality, friendly and helping people resolve their issues fast. 10/10 Verizon experience in Woodinville.
This is the best Verizon I have ever been to. Austin and Mike were absolutely phenomenal. I had some issues getting my AirPods ordered online, so I went into the store and these fine gentleman gave me one of THE BEST customer service experiences I have had. Austin and Mike have single handedly guaranteed I will only do my Verizon shopping exclusively at this store. Thank you for the great experience!
Unfortunately we have had the run around with many phones calls and loss of work time while trying to get previous bills. Once we called corporate things did move quickly!
