My grandmother and I shared a phone plan with Verizon. They had indicated that they'd be removing our Loyalty discount at the beginning of this month, despite my grandmother having been a customer of ~30 years. We switched to T Mobile as their identical plan is also about ~$60/mo cheaper overall and no Verizon plan can compete. Lisa has been with Verizon for 32yrs, and took it upon herself to discriminate against me. I went after work (hot mess) to purchase a phone. Everything was fine until she kept saying Verizon expensive, so who cares. She has no idea my life. I just got off work and don’t fit the normal. She needs retrained on personal skills and how NOT to judge. Very sad Verizon has become nothing but a disappointment lately, so sad

This store scammed my senior mother yesterday and we’ll be filing an FCC complaint naming managers and associates if it is not immediately resolved. She went in to explain issues connecting to wifi on her phone and they convinced her to buy a new phone and then added a new service contract on her old phone number. She now has two working phones on two separate phone number when all she needed was her phone to be turned off and back on again.
