Went in this afternoon. There were two other customers in the entire store. After about 5 minutes, someone came out to "check me in". They asked for my phone number to verify my account. Checked me in, but didn't ask what it was regarding. After he confirmed I was in que, I got a verification message on my phone. I sat by myself unacknowledged for over 35 minutes before eventually just leaving the store. Had a very bad experience. I am a Verizon user from long time. Recently I accidentally transferred my E sim to another phone and couldn’t transfer it back. I went to the store and there was a lady I don’t know her name and she said I have to added to the account to transfer my sim back but I couldn’t understand what she was saying because we use a family plan under my uncle’s name so she told me to call my uncle and tell him to add me to the account. Do not waste your time going there. I am paying more now and getting less than I did with T-Mobile
Craig was amazing today! He was so patient and understanding. I brought my in-laws in and he fixed up their phones and made it a fun, pleasurable experience. Thanks Craig. Thanks to Greg for the extra chair—-so thoughtful.
