Went in today to get a new phone and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. We were greeted by Brian and we were lucky to have him as our representative. He was well spoken and polite and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get us set up with the transition to Verizon. He was new and he was excellent already. His manager Angel was incredibly kind to us and made the entire thing easy. I 100% recommend coming here, and also asking for Brian because he was so great to us.
I came in with an issue with not receiving cellular after getting a new phone (and turned into an insane-in-depth issue) and Tay was so unbelievably attentive, funny & helpful, and even offered me candy! Thank you so much Tay!!
