Super sad about the service I received after returning to this store three times due to being invoiced the wrong total. I came in, explained my situation to Ryan Turnbull. Ryan never looked at me, was super confused why I would only pay 84.20 for my monthly invoice and continued to ask me the same questions I had previously explained when he asked me why I was there. I had left a previous review criticizing the attendant Kurt at this store. He had repeatedly ignored my wishes not to have any additional improvements aside from the plan I chose. I just learned that he in fact did put extra data storage on my account without my consent or knowledge. I have turned it off but will now be charged for that data I specifically asked not to have. Horrible experience. They try to bait and switch.
I went in to change my phone due to an upgrade in my plan. The attendant Kurt was rather rude and was just focused on upselling me stuff. Even after I repeatedly told him I was not interested. He was good at explaining all of the costs but overall was rather abrasive.
