Drove a half hour each way to pick up a phone that was pre purchased out right. Held up at the store for two and a half hours and asked to leave and come back at one point. Finally got the phone only to find out later that they entered the wrong phone into the system. So not only could I not activate the new phone, my current phone was deactivated. They are incompetent! Oh yes they will sell you a phone and that is it ! Service there is absolutely none! God forbid you have to pay cash be prepared to have to pay a 3 dollar fee on that too! On the front of every bill from a dollar bill to a hundred dollar bill says "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC OR PRIVATE! And the bottom of there receipt says we accept cash! Go to Walmart and pay cash for your groceries do you see this 3 dollar fee hell no!!!
I was with US Cellular for years, and now that it is closing down, they gave us the option to switch carriers. I looked up prices and found out that Verizon was my best option nearby. So, we went into the first Verizon store we found close by, and Cris helped us. Honestly, his customer service was impressive; I didn’t remember a lot of the important information needed to make the switch, and on top of that, my English level made me feel intimidated about going through the process.
