They are amazing. We were having problems activating a phone from warranty claim and went into the store and they got all taken care of and helpful. Super nice people and very knowledgeable. Our favorite Verizon store to go to.
If i could leave a lower review I could. I RARELY leave any reviews but with the extremely poor support I received today, I felt the need to make others aware. I bought an unlocked phone due to my phone being lost/stolen and needed to simply have them sign me in and activate. When I checked on VERIZONS OWN SITE it stats the IMEI number is unlocked and when checking everywhere else, it is also showing unlocked.
