If you need to go to the Verizon store in either Howell or Freehold, make sure you see Zeus. He is the best example of customer service! Zeus is extremely knowledgable about Verizon's deals and goes over and beyond to make the customer happy. I brought my son back a month later and made sure Zeus was working that day. Again, he provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend you see Zeus next time you go to Verizon.

I went to the Verizon store in Howell because I was having a lot of problems signing up for Fios online. I had Anthony take care of me and he was able to help get my new account all set up easily. He explained everything clearly and walked me through the process step by step. I also have some mobility issues and he was so kind making sure that I was comfortable for our visit. I was told the iPad I received was free as a perk for renewing my contract I specifically asked again and was told FREE. 28 days later I received a $50 monthly service charge. The iPad was still factory sealed and never activated because I didn’t need it. I only took it because I was told it was free. Returning it took OVER an hour because this is not a corporate Verizon store. Overall, the offer was misleading and the return process was extremely frustrating.

I went in with a quick question since I am not good with electronics and staff member Dawn was beyond helpful. Helped me with my question and some more things I was confused on. Amazing experience in the store and with Dawn.
