Avoid at all costs. They are physically unable to help with anything and have to do everything online through online support so don't waste your time going just call support instead. The physical location couldn't even process and upgrade / trade in. Has created an issue I am still trying to remedy over 7 months later.
In my opinion, the staff at that store provided very poor service. They haven't tried to help me at all the times I've been there! I went to pick up an order that I paid for online. Customer service told me to go to that store, but they didn't even try to help me.

Went into this Verizon store after being on the phone with customer care for 3.5 hours, at their recommendation.The representative was very condescending and acted like he couldn't be bothered with us. Needless to say, I left the store with the same issue I came in with.
