Nicholas Fredericks explained all our options clearly and comprehensively. While making us aware of other options we could add to our service, he didn’t press when we weren’t interested. That alone ensures we’ll be back. We wound up with the phone we wanted, at a good price, and a pleasant encounter with a very nice young man.

Avoid at all costs. They are physically unable to help with anything and have to do everything online through online support so don't waste your time going just call support instead. The physical location couldn't even process and upgrade / trade in. Has created an issue I am still trying to remedy over 7 months later.
In my opinion, the staff at that store provided very poor service. They haven't tried to help me at all the times I've been there! I went to pick up an order that I paid for online. Customer service told me to go to that store, but they didn't even try to help me.
