Lawrence is rude and unprofessional and tried to talk over me and threatened to call the police on me to remove me the store after i confronted him about the charges that would be on my bill. He told me the website is never correct and i didn't know what i was talking about . He pushed his set up and go fee on my husband which is not a Verizon fee it is a store fee which i disputed on my sons because my son set up his own phone . Did not explain the "deal" he was giving me which wasn't a deal there is way to much to explain ... read more

Nicholas Fredericks explained all our options clearly and comprehensively. While making us aware of other options we could add to our service, he didn’t press when we weren’t interested. That alone ensures we’ll be back. We wound up with the phone we wanted, at a good price, and a pleasant encounter with a very nice young man.
