My wife had a very bad experience with a man named Lawrence at this location who claimed he was the manager. I came in that following Saturday and spoke with the General Manager Jason and he rectified the situation immediately. Because of his due diligence, kindness and patience we fixed our initial problem and saved some money on our plan.

one of the manger jason in this place “helped” me a few weeks ago i say helped like that because he absolutely ruined my day and experience with verizon i was setting up and line for a new phone and he set me up with 2 lines for 1 phone! and charged me i canceled my account and took my business elsewhere.
Recently went to this store and i ended up having questions about my bill ended up getting helped by anthony and he lowered my bill 30$ and got me an additional help by mentioning auto pay so i would recommend and getting helped by anthony.
