Had a great experience thanks to Lucas Nakfoor. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The rest of the store staff was also quick and efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. Customer service like that really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.

Chris went above and beyond helping me upgrade my phone and making sure that we were receiving the best promotions and discounts available to us. He even helped me upgrade other lines on our family plan so they wouldn’t have to go in person to their own local Verizon stores. I had previously considered just upgrading online, and I’m so glad I didn’t! I never would have figured out how to save this much on my own. Thanks for all the help, Chris!
