I had a great experience. Henry worked to find the best deal for me. He also worked through some issues while setting up my new phone. Stuck with it and approached from different ways until it was done right. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Store vibe seemed similar. I’m very happy with this location and its team.

After over a month of terrible assistance through the phone customer service department I went into the closest store. I can say the staff was fantastic. I got actual ANSWERS to my questions and RESOLUTIONS to the issues. They were quick and informative and very helpful which was all I was needing the entire time I was contacting customer service. Thanks again!

Brock and Luke took great care of my phone’s issue in no time at all. I was very worried walking in that no one would be able to help, but in less than 5 minutes my phone was fixed and I got some info on a new phone coming out. Great service.

Excellent service at the Verizon store—especially from Chris and Delano! I came in with an issue and left seriously impressed. They went above and beyond to make things right and showed that customer service is clearly a top priority here. Wow!
