Just left the Verizon store on Ikea Way in Fishers. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a staff member from Verizon. Went there to activate a lost phone, discontinue Netflix and HBOMax and upgrade my phone. Of course the kid couldn't do anything and told me I had to call the 1800 number for assistance but at some point when I was not understanding the process for the lost phone and steps needing to take to add it to a current line we are paying for, this kid, wearing a mask kept telling me that I wasn't wi... read more
Chris was wonderful to work with. He spend time explaining my bill and helped me set up my new phone. Go in and ask for him!
Had a great experience thanks to Lucas Nakfoor. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The rest of the store staff was also quick and efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. Customer service like that really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.
