Incompetent, insulting, disrespectful and dishonest. Ordered three iPhones for pickup at this location, made appointment for pickup and data transfer from old phones for August 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. AT THIS LOCATION. Appeared on time for appointment. After waiting a while, asked customer service representative why they were helping walk-ins ahead of us, when we made a specific appointment time 3 days in advance. The worst Verizon store. It seems like everyone I go there for something minor, something major occurs after I leave. Case in point, today I went in to return a phone, left and 2 mins later my service was gone. We had to go back for Verizon to fix. I also did not appreciate the comments the one gentleman with glasses and a beard made throughout the whole process of fixing the issue.
