I have over ten lines, just walked in to get a S26 ultra for my business account. Was told I should go to the Verizon up the street there was two people in the store and they were together lmfao. Won't be back to this location again
Incompetent, insulting, disrespectful and dishonest. Ordered three iPhones for pickup at this location, made appointment for pickup and data transfer from old phones for August 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. AT THIS LOCATION. Appeared on time for appointment. After waiting a while, asked customer service representative why they were helping walk-ins ahead of us, when we made a specific appointment time 3 days in advance.
