When I signed up for Verizon’s One Talk service, I made it absolutely clear that these phones were for Business Restaurant Use and that full caller ID functionality was critical for integrating with our POS system. Had I been told upfront that Verizon’s One Talk system Encrypts caller ID data and would NOT work with our POS, I would NEVER have signed up.
