I can't convey how upset this company has made me. Trying to return a phone that you purchased online, good luck. You'll hear things like, "it's not in our system", or, "we'll call you", or, "contact online support", and the list goes on. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to point out, once that purchase exceeds 30 days, it's yours! Yep. No refund after that. I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon Store in Cranberry Township! The team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my phone upgrade and made the data transfer process completely stress-free. Special shoutout to Dominic—his knowledge, patience, and professionalism were top-notch. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Truly grateful for such excellent service!
I arrived this afternoon at Verizon and I waited patiently. Afterwards, two young men Came in and was given attention by one of the Verizon specialist. I was still waiting and decided to leave. I don’t plan to go to that Verizon store again and be treated so unfairly.
This review is for this Verizon store and th verizon online customer care staff. No one knows how their system works. I moved from verizon to another carrier and needed the final bill from my deactivated account. The people in this store were not able to get me a copy of the bill either electronically or physical copy. People looking for help and living in the area, please visit the McKnight Verizon Corporate store which has people who are aware of their systems and have some empathy.
