This review is for this Verizon store and th verizon online customer care staff. No one knows how their system works. I moved from verizon to another carrier and needed the final bill from my deactivated account. The people in this store were not able to get me a copy of the bill either electronically or physical copy. People looking for help and living in the area, please visit the McKnight Verizon Corporate store which has people who are aware of their systems and have some empathy. Don't listen to all the negative noise about this place. Went there to get a phone upgrade- everyone in the store was professional and pleasant, I had absolutely no problems. waited about 15 minutes. Chris worked with us, got us a great deal, very knowledgeable and skilled about the phones and Verizon offers. transferred everything over, even switched out a SIM card np. Highly recommend.
