This is outrageous! The management at this location is completely chaotic and is tarnishing Verizon's reputation. They canceled my order without reason, and I've already reported them to the head office!
Showed up at 7:14pm to pick up an order and workers were extremely rude damn near pushed me out the door to tell me they were closed. I wasn’t upset about them be closing.. i understood online could have wrong information, but they were aggressive from the minute i walked in….As online it says 8pm and i drove an hour. They could have handled it differently and sent me on my Mary way to come back the next day… I couldn’t even ask a question. Customer service was horrible
Will return to see Gibby over and over. By far best experience I’ve had at a cell phone store!
