Horrible experience we had we had worked with the store on Oregon Ave but they didn’t have the phone we had placed the order so we went to this store and the man greeted us with a rude demeanor so we asked about the phone instead of helping us was argumentative and showed us to the phone we asked what the difference between two phone and the man walked away. D'Andre was helpful from the moment we walked in. I had to pay my bill in cash, my own fault, and he allowed me to use his own phone to connect with customer service. Another female assistant was helpful as well getting my pin as I of course forgot it. The service was very appreciated. Although I did not make a purchase today, I would definitely return to work with D'Andre again. Thank you!

Went in to return (trade in) 3 phones. I already received my 3 new phones via Verizon Pro on the Go. They tell me they can’t accept the phones. I am looking at my app and it says trade in should be dropped off at this Verizon store and lists the address for Mt. Laurel store. They tell me they have a work around. They give me a box with shipping label and put all 3 phones in and tell me to drop off at UPS. I decided to call Verizon Loyalty just to make sure and thankfully I did.
