Had a very good experience on 9-15. I was there when they first opened to complete a trade in I worked out on the website. Christine asked if I took advantage of all promotions and I said I would think I did because of the website. It turns out I had an option to keep my phone and receive a trade in value more than what I expected. I walked out with an additional line and kept my phone. This employee was above all ignorant after I addressed him laughing as my concern and said”I’ll laugh again “ and kept going back and forth after I asked for a manger , the manger didn’t say a thing to him , and when I asked the other worker mid going back and forth if he was just gonna let him keep going back and forth he shrugged his shoulders completely unprofessional and will not be returning for another he r other than picking up my phones tmr I might even have to have it switched to another store so my mood doesn’t get... read more

Went in to see about upgrading my phone, was told I had $800 credit while in store. My son was told he had $830 credit. Not once were we told that the credit was upon "assessment" of trade in. The only thing he stressed was the $150 restocking fee within 30 days. To find out he 100% mislead us. We did not get the credit amount we were told, it was significantly less. Just beware Christian was not honest and upfront with how it works. You won't see it or realize it until your new billing statement.

Terrible leadership and customer service at this store. I went in to purchase a Gizmo watch with a camera for my child, but the representative sold me a model without a camera. I didn’t realize this until we opened the box and powered it on. When I went back, the rep admitted he only assumed it had a camera because he saw a picture on the box. Despite admitting his mistake, he told me I’d have to pay a $50 restocking fee since the box was opened. He went to the back, claimed he “balanced everything out,” and reassured me tha... read more
