Recently, I decided to look for a better deal than what AT&T was offering me. Called a few Verizon stores to see if they had inventory in the phones I was looking for, and this one did! The store was very clean and all employees were very courteous. There was a few hiccups during checkout, mostly on my end, but I left with 4 new phones I was very happy with!
My wife and I upgraded our phones and were assisted by Nicholas. He provided exceptional customer service, answering every question and helping us with the right plan.
Great service by Ocean! Needed a new phone and service provided was fast and and also saved me money. Recommend this location.
