Great customer service!
Tried going in to get a double charge off my account but a lady with long hair and glasses basically was just trying to get rid of me.. Told me I could remove it myself from that app, that was her way of solving my issue. When she tried doing it herself, she didn’t even know how to. She gave me a loyalty number to call even though I mentioned they were of not help that’s why I came in person. She was also just flirting with an associate as I was waiting for her to write the number… extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Great customer service
It is the only store near me I brought a new phone online and the lady that help was rude and disrespectful and this is not the first time and she told me that if she help me with the transfer of the old phone to the new phone it was going to be $10 I told her that I only have $8 and she said you will have to do it on your own it is $10 for me to help you I am not good with technology because I am autistic they don't care if you autistic or not they will charge you for help and I don't know what to do I only have $8 and they... read more
