I had such a great experience at Verizon thanks to Logan and CJ. They both helped me with my trade in and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Danny (store Mgr.) and Nick, both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Flying out tomorrow for Africa. At last minute I discovered that my device storage would likely not be sufficient to capture all the photos/videos that I wished to capture. Stepped into the Glade Parks store (Euless, TX) and WOW!!!! Those two were so kind, and talked me through every single option, HowTo's, etc... 5 Star service! Highly recommend!

Last week we went to store to do an upgrade to couple of our phones. The employee was very knowledgeable on the process we were doing and got our problems solved 100%. Service was beyond our expectations. Many times, as customers, we complain about a bad service, but we forget to provide kudos for an excellent service received.

Last week we went to store to do an upgrade to couple of our phones. We were lucky to get help from Nick Cronin, He was AMAZING, also, his manager was very knowledgeable on the process we were doing and got our problems solved 100%. Service was beyond our expectations. Many times, as customers, we complain about a bad service, but we forget to provide kudos for an excellent service received.
