I was in the Verizon store in Massapequa today due to a problem with a recently activated phone. I was with customer service rep Alexis who was absolutely phenomenal. This problem was not easy to correct. Alexis worked on it for nearly two hours and would not give up until she finally figured it out and brought this problem to a successful conclusion. It's by far the best customer service I have ever received. Alexis is the best. She deserves a raise. All I could say is WOW!!!

Yesterday I was on the phone for 2 hours changing my plan and trading phones . I was supposed to pick up the order at this store , there was an issue with the link that was provided I was told I could pay at the store when I got there they told me I couldn’t. The guy got on the phone and within 5 minutes he was already in a bad mood shaking his head the entire time like it was my fault . I had to call the rep myself to cancel the order and do it again .
