IF YOU GO TO VERIZON IN MASSAPEQUA, ASK FOR JOE. I swear this man is built different. I went in there READY TO VIOLATE somebody. Like, I had just gotten off the phone with customer service and it felt like I was talking to a soggy ham sandwich. Zero help.I was two seconds away from switching to T mobile. Then boom Joe steps in like the final boss of customer service. Whoever his boss is needs to give him a promotion!
Joe at Verizon in Massapequa is phenomenal! After a horrific ordeal in Farmingdale for 4 hours, a bit of a goughing and totally screwing up the whole thing, I saw Joe in Massapequa. In 1 hour (and he stayed beyond closing time) he had resolved all of my problems and gave me a much better and more affordable upgrade. He went way out of his way to undo the mess and I had my two new phones in one hour! If you have to do any business with Verizon I suggest you look for Joe in Massapequa. You'll find no one better!!!
